If your client mentions he/she always is worried about the oven. Tell them to take a picture of the oven at an angle that includes burners and the on/off switches. This way, if they suddenly wake up worried about the oven or even loking the car, they can rest assured the oven is off/ car is locked/ windows shut, this method can be used for just about everything. When they get back from vacation they just need to delete the photo. problem solved.
